I had some issue with the mod DEF_UI triggering a CTD whenever the archive invalidation was enabled, so I disabled that one mod. I added the archive invalidation lines to the. LOOT said load order and dependencies were fine. Next I opened the NMM, re-enabled all the mods, ran LOOT just to make sure everything was working (there is a LOOT nightly built posted to the Nexus that supports Fallout4).
